Product or service reviewed: Winterizing and then purchased a burner not sure the actual name but my furnace is 20+ years outdoor unit.

The folks at P&P are awesome, caring, and very informed team. I will continue to use them in the future.

Product or service reviewed: Heating and AC

I strongly recommend P&P Heating and Cooling. They have been serving my heating and AC units for a long time, around 10 years. They kept my old units going for well past their life expectancy, and they did a fine job. They went far above what I expected when I had a heating emergency one winter very late at night. They eventually replaced the old units, and I have been very happy with the new heating and AC. The folks at P&P have always been honest, efficient, dependable, and cordial. I wouldn’t think of using any other company.

I called this morning. The serviceman showed up earlier than expected. He determined the problem and made the repairs quickly. We have used them several times, and always get great service.

Product or service reviewed: High Velocity AC

After years of putting in window air conditioners because of hot water heat, P and P found an efficient and effective way to install Central Air in our house. They were very professional and worked with us on an acceptable solution for every room in the house. Steve’s attention to detail, organization, and tidiness is unmatched. Their follow up to ensure everything was functional and working properly was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend P and P.

In 2016 we had problems with our furnace, within an hour of calling P & P Steve was at our door to fix the problem. We always find Chuck and Steve and their boys helpful, courteous and friendly, they know their business and strive to keep us happy. I would recommend them to all my friends.

P & P Has always provided me the best service and price. Very please with their response times and value. I wouldn't have anyone else service my furnace in the six plus years I've owned my home.

P&P has taken care of my furnace and air conditioner for several years. They put a new furnace in about six years ago. I call them when I need them and they are always there to help. Couldn't ask for better.

I have had P&P to my home numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed. Their service men are always polite, clean and quick and have always been able to fix my furnace and air conditioner. I simply would not call anyone else.

My son started using P&P when he moved here in 2000 and recommended them to us. We had them replace our old furnace and air conditioner. We also have them check the furnace and air conditioner every year and have been very pleased with the service.

P and P responded promptly and found and fixed my problem first visit at a very reasonable price. I'll be replacing another furnace soon and they will get the job!

Chuck at P&P did a great job with our AC install. His "team" went above and beyond the call of duty to keep our house clean and neat. We didn't have central air and it's wonderful, quiet and very energy efficient. I can't say enough good things about the work ethic of both Chuck and his "crew" and I tell everyone who asks about our AC how good a job they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

You and your organization merit a ka-zillion handclaps -- you arrived promptly on the designated installation date, as the woman at the office had informed me a week earlier, and you and your colleague worked with what I had to upgrade the house to a state of the art HVAC system. Thank you!
I especially was appreciative of the impressive way that you managed to "design" the outside routing of the AC refrigerant line. I think folks in the know call it aesthetics... P&P was masterful by installing equipment and refrigerant lines that looked complementary to the house, and not tacky or devaluing the property.
And your colleague Nelson was thorough not only in his mastery of assisting you with the installation but also in cleaning up all areas.
